Article I — Blood Is Absolute

1. Family comes before money, power, or personal gain.
2. A Heart protects another Heart without hesitation.
3. Disrespect toward the family name is treated as betrayal.

Article II — Loyalty Is Law

1. Betrayal is punishable by permanent exile or death.
2. Information about family operations never leaves trusted circles.
3. No member may work with law enforcement without approval from the Head of Family.

Article III — The Chain of Command

1. The Head of Family has final say in all matters.
2. Orders flow downward. Respect flows upward.
3. Disputes are handled internally never publicly.

Article IV — Business Conduct

1. All operations must benefit the Family as a whole.
2. Independent moves require approval from leadership.
3. Violence is a tool not a habit. Use it strategically.

Article V — Code of Silence

1. Arrest does not excuse loyalty.
2. No cooperation with authorities under any circumstance.
3. Lawyers are provided. Excuses are not.

Article VI — Respect & Territory

1. The Heart Family does not tolerate encroachment.
2. Alliances are honored until they are broken.
3. Retaliation must be calculated, not emotional.

Article VII — Internal Justice

1. Accusations must be brought to leadership with proof.
2. Punishments are decided by council (Head + trusted Captains).
3. Mercy is rare. Fairness is earned.

Article VIII — Legacy

1. The Family survives generations. Think long term.
2. Every action reflects on the Heart name.
3. Weakness is corrected. Strength is rewarded.
